It's weird here too. Today is grey and drizzling and in the high teens and has been so for a couple of days.
Unheard of for january, but they are tipping 40s for the weekend.
I was talking to Marianne from Stockholm on sunday and not a snowflake in sight. She had been mushrooming!! When I was there at Xmas in '87 snow was over a metre deep and bloody freezing.
I'm not a greenie but I wonder if this erratic weather is due to excessive culling of our global forests? The Good Lord only knows what it will be like in 50 years...luckily I won't be around to find out.
