thanks guys yep had a lovely time just back. Daughter and her partner sent me off for a few days pampering at Turnberry it was great. (Tony got some time too himself so he enjoyed that) Little Alfie gave me some night lanterns to send off so we plan to do that with him on Friday night (who knows you might get one landing in your garden)

Enjoy your night lanterns. I bought Martin one for Valentines Day. We set if off that evening and could not believe how long it took for it to finally dissapear. Who said romance was dead

Thanks MrsMcs - yes lovley time and next year will be even better - going to Kastellerizo for a 'big birthday!!! To those who havn't tried Chinese lanterns - get on to amazon quick and get some - they are fantastic. Lit some here for midsummer and they floated for miles out over the sea - lovely sight and felt quite magical - oh i do love being a pagan. :twisted:
