BUT, lo and behold, there is a fellow in Venezuela looking for buddies to help him to gain support for the next election there, name of Chavez. Now said Chavez has invited FIDEL Castro - not President Raul, to visit Cuba. Clearly he sees more benefit in inviting has-beans than current successes. So how about sending Anthony to join Chavez and Raul - no less than a Troika! Anthony could then set about resolving the challenges of South America. That would not only keep him busy for awhile, but remove him from exposure to the Iraq Public Enquiry
No doubt the U.N. and the OAS would provide enough finance to keep him in the state (NO, not STATE) to which he has been accustomed. Just a thought
