Where on Symi would you say is the best spot to see a beautiful sunset and take some great photos.

...Time it right and the boats coming into Yialos give you a great view of sunset over the Vigla...

Most of mine were taken from the apartment halfway up the hillside on the south of the harbour.

Some, though, were taken from the ferry so have your camera ready if you have an evening crossing.

Another popular spot is up by the windmills - good for an evening picnic too.

Allan your photos are fantastic mate i wish mine come out half as good as yours.I will try and get up nice and early to see if i can get some good shots ,thanks for the advise guys.

all my snaps were of sun sets I don't do the getting up early thing!
They tell me sunrise over Pedi is spectacular but I can't confirm that

...Moonrise over Pedi is quite something...

Sunrise, sunset, moonrise - they're all good on Symi. So are those nights where there's no moon at all and the stars are so clear and big you could reach up and pick them like apples...
