Nimborio

Please can anyone tell us if there has been any development beach wise on the way to Nimborio? I seem to remember 2 years ago there was a beach before you get to Nimborio but I don't think there was anywhere to eat or drink nearby. Also does Maria still run the taverna at Nimborio please? We have fond memories of it.

When we were there in May, a beach was being developed en route to Nimborio and seemed popular with the locals. A shack/caravan with tables and chairs outside had just opened. Certainly drinks were on sale there but am not sure about food. Probably someone who has visited more recently will be able to give you an update. Yes! Maria is still at the taverna. Lovely spot!
