Character in full Tour de France cycling outfit plus visor and helmet camera riding a mountain bike down the Kali Strata this evening, starting outside Lefteris Kafenion. I was told this was his third run of the day!

He was on the 2 o'clock bus with me yesterday, along with a group of Cretans and some Israeli tourists speaking Chechen. Only on Symi... 8-)

Wow! Would love to have seen the look on some of the faces as he passed through Lefteris'. Doesn't the village look great though - an excellent advert for Symi.

I was thinking exactly the same thing David. Hope he doesn't try and do it when there's a wine night on at Symi Dream - there would be wine all over the place ;)

Looking forward to it, just make sure your handlebars are not too wide, there are a couple of narrow passageways to negotiate.

I see he avoided the nasty steps at the bottom. The very narrow ones with the pipe running under the top step.

Heather hates those steps so we usually end up coming down the lazy steps on the way back from the sunrise

No handle bars on my unicycle, just a very flat area between my legs to cushion the steps.
Only joking.
