Panormitis!

At last the new Dodekanisos timetable is out. Unfortunately I'll only have 4 days on Symi for Pamormitis due to the Panagia Skiadeni still being out of service.

I now have an extra day as Dodekanese Seaways have now scheduled a morning ferry on Thursday 6th November. A bit of hassle changing tickets but both the Dodekanese and Nikos at the Hermes were very helpful.

Well, the packing is last minute as usual but the weather forecast for Rhodes is good so I'll hopefully avoid the problems that strikes and weather caused last November. One night in the Hermes then the early ferry to Panormitis on Thursday where we'll catch the bus to Chorio

Looked as though you had decent weather for your trip kojak. Glad you were safely home before yesterday's heavy downpour ;)

When the first gales and downpour arrived on the evening of Michaelis' name day we were safely under the winter roof and door Michaelis made. The roof did lift a bit but stayed put keeping us warm and dry. The only casualty was Jean - the downpour lasted so long she had to have more drinks than usual before she could leave for home. :D :D :D
