Lazy Days

Does anyone know if the breaking up of Lazy Days is over yet? When we were on the island early in October I took photos every day of its demise and there wasn't much left of it when we came home on the 8th October. Sadly I lost my camera in Rhodes on the way home so all my photos are gone. Does anyone have any of its last days? I know Wendy put one on a few weeks ago but I though there may be more out there who recorded its passing. I'm more sad about those lost photos than the camera.

Sorry about your camera Val, that must have been awful.

I've seen several pictures on Facebook and someone posted a video on October 10th showing the last bow section being broken off. I assume that was the final blow.

Yes, it had completely gone by about the 12th, indeed I must have seen the last truckload of debris pass by on the way to the tip , and passers-by can now see the slipway it has been sitting on all these years, though not for long as the slipway will soon be occupied by Symi boats taken out of the water for the winter
