Apple cake - Milopita

Hia - when we were on Symi in October, Anastasia gave us a piece of her freshly baked apple cake to try and wow was it good. Is there anyone with a good recipe for this cake? Have found various ones on-line but would like a trad one.

Have you tried Adriana? Puts mean recipes on from time to time and may be somewhere in her blogs.

Thanks Snoopy. Couldn't find it so went with a recipie I found on The Greek vegan website. It's come out well - full of flavour and very moist.
