My flight in May is still at 0900hrs so it will be too late for the 15.00 sailing. September would be worthwhile considering. It's not so expensive on the Diagoras and I'd be on Symi a lot earlier.

Manchester as usual Glen. Olympic use Germania for flights from Manchester so it's a bit like Squeezyjet service lol.

Finally sorted our itinerary. Just hope the Dodekanisos timetables don't change again! Fly to Kos five weeks today. First night there then nine nights on Symi, four on Lipsi and back to Kos for flight home.

And I reached Symi on Wednesday morning just 60 minutes late, two warnings for anyone planning to arrive today:
It is the 70th anniversary of the German surrender in the Dodecanese, which was signed on Symi. The parade is expected to be extra special this year. To avoid the passengers off the Panagia Skiadeni landing right in the middle of the parade, it won't start until she has arrived and unloaded.
The Symi Bus is ill again and went to Rhodes on Wednesday for attention.
