Day boat docking places

Now the Dodekanese catamarans from Rhodes no longer call at Symi at times to suit us we have the choice of the Skiadeni or the King Saron to bring us to Symi.

It would be really helpful if someone could tell me which if either is currently docking on the Clock Tower side of the harbour on the first run of the day out of Rhodes.

Many thanks

Jan

There's also the Sebeco.
It should go three times a day until late September.
King Saron docks by the bus stop.
I cant remember where Skiadeni docks, but I think it might be by the bus stop too.

Thanks, Mille. We know about Sebecco - that's another 'bus stop' side docker.

We stay above Harani, so if one of the early boats docks on the Clock Tower side, like the Pride/Express used to, we have a much shorter distance to drag our luggage to our apartment,

The Skiadeni docks at the clock tower side, or at least it did in May. Right about where the Pride and Express catamarans used to dock. Very handy for you Jan.

Excellent - thanks, Allan. Just what we wanted to hear!

It's not just the luggage carrying - if we have to walk round the harbour the 'danger' of being waylayed at eg Pachos is ever present.

Oh, yes, I do understand Jan.
It can take a very long time to get from one side of the harbour to the other when the bars are open. ;)
Puts me in mind of a friend at the rainbow bar who missed the bus from the village down to the harbour. FOUR times in a row.
